General Manager: Ensures the effective management of school resources and the smooth operation of all school activities. Facilitates, coordinates, plans, and deploys resource requirements, including robust budget control. Acts as the primary liaison with central functions and ensures the effective dissemination of information across the school.
Associate Manager: Supports the General Manager in overseeing the school's strategic and operational functions. Coordinates with academic and administrative departments to ensure effective implementation of school policies, achievement of organizational goals, and continuous improvement across all areas.
Operations Manager: Ensures the efficient day-to-day operation of the school by overseeing facilities, logistics, maintenance, health and safety, transportation, security, procurement, and support services. Coordinates operational resources to provide a safe, organized, and effective learning environment.
General Manager Assistant: Supports the General Manager by providing operational and administrative assistance to Heads of Department (HODs), coordinators, teachers, students, and staff members. Coordinates daily activities and facilitates effective communication across all departments.
Subject Coordinator: Ensures the effective implementation of the curriculum by monitoring all academic matters until resolution. Supports teachers in delivering instruction in accordance with the Smart College educational system. Conducts regular classroom observations, reviews lesson plans and assessments, monitors student performance, and guides teachers in implementing appropriate instructional interventions.
Head of Department (HOD): Ensures effective communication with parents by serving as the primary point of contact for academic and behavioral matters. Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of each student's progress and behavior. Conducts parent meetings, ensures that decisions and follow-up actions are completed within 48 hours, and documents all meetings in the student's profile.
Diploma Program Coordinator: Ensures the effective implementation and administration of the Diploma Program. Provides guidance and support to teachers and students, monitors compliance with program requirements and standards, coordinates assessments and documentation, and promotes the successful achievement of program objectives.
